State Rep Julia Hurley doesn’t believe in the US Constitution

I could barely believe my eyes when I read this:

If you click the link she tweeted, it’s an article about how a Murfressboro judge won’t let the mosque in Murfressboro open. I’ve blogged about the Murfressboro mosque previously. The First Amendment seems very clear:

 Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Emphasis mine. How can a professional politician, even a local TN State politician, not understand or care about this principle?

Rep Hurley: Do you not care about their First Amendment rights of freedom of religion?
